Will CartSuite slow my store down?
It's built not to. The configuration is rendered inline from a Shopify metafield, so the storefront never waits for our servers, the drawer script loads lazily, and trust badges are plain theme blocks with no JavaScript.
Does it work with my theme?
CartSuite runs as a theme app embed, so it works with Online Store 2.0 themes without editing theme code. If you're unsure, we'll set it up on a copy of your theme first so you can check before anything goes live.
What happens if I pass my plan's order limit?
Nothing breaks. On the Free plan, after 50 orders in a month you get a 7-day heads-up; after that, upsells, bundles and quantity breaks pause until the next month or until you upgrade. The cart drawer, rewards bar, gifts and badges never switch off. Paid plans are never paused.
Can you move my setup from another cart app?
Yes, for free. Tell us which app you use today and we'll recreate your drawer, shipping bar, upsells and bundles in CartSuite, on a theme copy first if you prefer.
Does it handle multiple currencies and languages?
Yes. Reward thresholds convert with the shopper's currency, storefront texts can be set per published language, and the admin is available in 10 languages.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan never expires. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify.
